Purchasing Policy

Products available on this site are offered for sale to manufacturers, woodworkers, installers and wholesalers. If you are not a company, your order will not be processed.
Mouldings are sold in linear feet (l.f.).
The number of linear feet received and invoiced may exceed the quantity ordered by up to 10%.
The length of mouldings varies from 7 to 10 feet, except silver birch, which varies in length from 6 to 10 feet.
All orders may be placed by phone, fax or online. Phone orders must be confirmed by the client.
Online orders are placed through a secure site.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Any extra fees for shipping related to distant region, return to sender due to invalid address or unavailable recipient or any other situation of this kind are the client’s responsibility. We recommend that you confirm the shipping information and that someone will be present to receive your order. In case of a surcharge due to distant region, we will contact you and confirm before shipping.

Clients will be charged a handling fee of 25% of the order to be exchanged, in addition to shipping charges.
An exchange must be requested within 7 business days of receiving the order.

We cannot accept unauthorized returns.
We cannot guarantee that the mouldings you receive will be perfectly straight.
If goods are damaged during transportation, please contact our Customer Services within 48 hours of delivery.
